It's That & the Thumb Thing

It's amazing how many outside factors can influence the mood of the average human.

For instance, take that big star we keep circlin'. I mean, when it reveals it's brightness and warmth in plenty, the homo sapiens tend to be less gruff.

Maybe it's because we have to don a few less dozen layers of Gortex? Okay, fine, these are the humans living in the northernmost portion of the globe. Either way, sun good.

Another seemingly impactful dynamic is backdrop. That is to say, the sights and sounds the species find themselves immersed in at any given moment. Is it pleasant to the eyes, ears, nose, etc? Humans rarely react well in situations offending their particular senses. Case in point, before you realized you didn't hate it like poison, remember how you felt when forced to finish your broccoli before being excused from the dinner table as a child? No bueno, you dig?

Then there's the (arguably) most important of all variables: the vibes.

You know, the emotional atmosphere; how something or someone hits you in the FEELS. If the other humans are respectful, kind, empathetic, courteous and thoughtful; the setting is sa-weet ... and all's right on the third rock.

If they ain't; it can get ugly fast, yo. Many in this little scenario revert back to Cro Magnon like behavior, Capsice? Think road rage when a late lane crasher and an early lane purist literally collide, Friday-night restaurant table waiting gone horribly wrong between warring parties, etc. #NotGood

Treat the other humans well, already.

I mean, other than the opposable thumb thing, it's sorta all we've got going for us  in the animal kingdom, a'ight? ​#DoGood #BeKind #LoveOneAnother
