GRATEFUL GIRL'S THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
It's a common phrase. I bet I say it at least three times a week or so. Three times a week since I've been old enough to understand the concept. That is a LOT of times to toss around an expression, yo. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
We usually utter this catchphrase in response to what we feel in an injustice, right? Someone we love has been slighted, wronged or put upon in some way. Maybe we personally feel accosted or offended or perhaps we read or see something in the news which strikes us as just plain lowdown, underhanded, dishonest and otherwise plain old unfair. Hmpf.
Ah, but Karma. She's a patient little playing field leveler... and you should be, too. Because, in the end, we really do reap what we sow and all that jazz. Somehow, some way, in some place whether we are witness to it or not; everyone ultimately gets what's coming to them . I truly believe it.
So ... let's all put as much good out there into the universe as we can toward one another, 'kay? After all, before you know it, she'll be comin' around.
Ps 119:105 R. Alleluia, alleluia. - A lamp to my feet is your word, a light to my path. For there is nothing hidden except to be made visible; nothing is secret except to come to light..."
