The Big Picture: A Mosaic of Minis

We've heard it a million times...FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE.

Ah, the Big Picture.

Sure, it's great to not get so hung up on little things that you can't see the important, overarching end result. HOWEVER...many of the little things are, in and of themselves, pretty darned important, too.  You know, stuff like:

-Small gestures of kindness. (Think hugs.)

-Brief words of encouragement. (It doesn't take a dissertation: YOU GOT THIS. I BELIEVE IN YOU. YOU HAVE WORTH. YOU ARE TERRIFIC. Gosh, it feels good just to type them!)

-Tiny gifts for wee ones. (Remember when a handful of fun size candy bars or two Matchbox cars were all you needed in the world to be happy?)

-Minor muscle exertions. (Smile. It's free; it's fun; it just might mean the difference in the day for some little octogenarian, you dig?)

The thing about the Big Picture is it's usually made up of tons and tons of small snapshots. And each and every tiny one is precious...and wonderful...and meaningful...and beautiful. Each little picture has humongous value. 

And the Big Picture wouldn't be the same if even one minuscule candid was missing from it, Capsice?
