GRATEFUL GIRL'S THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Well, Cavs fans, we're up against it now, aren't we?

Hmpf.

It's like my buddy Rich always says, "No excuses."

We all know what's at stake. We all know the odds. We all know that every professional basketball commentator, analyst or other self-proclaimed baller caller outside the state of Ohio (and even some here in Buckeye-ville), a ton of Hollywood A-listers, and perhaps the majority of NBA fans in general absolutely hate the Cleveland Cavaliers and are rooting for a Golden State Warriors sweep.

Grr.

If the unthinkable does happen, however, the sun will still rise, the earth will still rotate on its axis, and life will go on.

And ding dang it, I will still love LeBron, Kyrie, Kevin, Tristan, and JR. Kyle Korver, Shump, RJ and the rest of the gang, too, BTW. Because, I am a card-carrying Cavs fan for life. No matter what. And I'm all in; even if this year isn't ours.

Or is it? You never know --- the season's not over just yet...

But even when it ends, we will still have the best NBA player in the world on our team, yo. The heir apparent, too, FYI.

Because if LeBron James is the king, Kyrie Irving is the prince, you dig?

The second is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

What do you expect? Bad things can really happen. It's a natural way of life. There seems to be no getting out from this no matter how hard we try. We can try our best to avoid it but it will keep following us and will even bring in all the more "casualties" the more we try to escape from it. There seems to be no explanation about this other than destiny and karma. There is no escaping what needs to be paid.
