Eph 4:1-6 Brothers and sisters: I, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to live in a manner worthy of the call you have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another through love, striving to preserve the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace;  one Body and one Spirit,  as you were also called to the one hope of your call; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Ah, the blahs.

Boy they can sneak up and just grab ya right by shoulders and shake you like J-Lo's tail-end during a concert twerking session, can't they?

Any old thing (big or little) can bring those buggers to the surface. And once they come out, man, it is BLAMO time!

It could be a fiery conversation with or a deep freeze toward the person who stirred them up in the first place...or there's the tried-and-true PK method.

The cry. The full-on, ugly, stutter sobbing, might-last-for-a-day-and-a-half tear-fest.

Sniff.

Let it out, yo. Because, as Shrek always says about belching, "It's better out than in!"

And don't you dare let anyone make you feel weak because you cry. Crying doesn't make you weak.

Now belittling someone for being so in touch with their raw emotions that they can express them in a way that offers a healthy release? That, my friend, that makes you weak. And all-at-once a bully, too, ironically.

So go ahead and scream at your pillow or smash some ice cubes onto the driveway or cry until you're just like Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam: all cried out.

As long as you know, when the smoke clears (and even before it does), you are okay. In fact, you're fabulous.

And more importantly, you are LOVED and valued. By that old chick in the photo up there and by someone way more important and much higher up, Capisce?
