Holy Warm Commutes, Batman!

You know, I had planned on a nice, whiny little blog for today.

The cold. The Cavs. The crow's feet staring back at me from the mirror.

Hmpf.

And then, just as I was cursing the slippery road conditions I saw it...a car that had spun out of control and struck a guard line, landing on its roof. Police and tow trucks were on the scene; no ambulance.

I took a deep breath and said a little prayer. I learned soon afterward that the driver walked away completely unharmed. #GodisGood #MiraclesHappenEveryday

So...rather than complaining, I thought that was a pretty bold sign for me to focus on some happy thoughts instead. Here are some random things that make me smile; I hope they do the trick for you, too.

-I've got the greatest kid on the planet. His Dad is okay, too. Plus, I have the most awesome circle of family and friends; way cool and super caring.
-My peeps are healthy and safe.
​-I have a great job; a couple, actually!
-My car has warmers in the seats AND the steering wheel; holy warm commutes, Batman!
-Spring happens in a mere 23 days.
-T minus 19 days to the return of "The Walking Dead!"
-Atari is relaunching the Atari box ---my fellow '80s children will understand and join me in rejoicing!
-This year, Avengers Infinity War AND Solo: A Star Wars Story are both coming out!!!!!!!!!
-My car didn't flip over onto its roof this morning.
