GRATEFUL GIRL'S THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Have you ever watched a program that you know ends badly but for some reason, as you watch, you find yourself hoping against hope that things take a happy turn?
Yeah, I'm not sure why I'm even trying to watch "Diana: The Last 100 Days," which I recorded when it debuted but have yet to finish watching. The question of why remains; I mean, I know how it ends. Don't even get me started on how I foolishly binge-watched "13 Reasons Why" all the while defiantly wishing that there could be another outcome. Then again, that show is a whole other topic for another day.
Anyway, things don't always go according to plan or design. Life's full of surprises; some wonderful, some dreadful. But, even though happy endings aren't ever promised; there's always time to change direction in favor of that better road, ya know what I mean?
Leading a life of kindness, of giving and of offering unlimited amounts of hugs and whatnot - now that's the virtual red carpet of pathways.
Seriously, it's better than the yellow brick road. #dogoodstuff #livewell
Jn 10:22-30-... Jesus answered them, "I told you and you do not believe. The works I do in my Father's name testify to me. But you do not believe, because you are not among my sheep. My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish. No one can take them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can take them out of the Father's hand. The Father and I are one."
