Why the Best Leaders Actually Follow

"Rather, whoever wishes to be great among you will be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you will be the slave of all. For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many."

Again with the giving...He's definitely trying to tell us something.  It's so hard for us in today's me first world to heed the suggestion of letting someone else shine.  But the best leaders know that they teach by example, not intimidation or domination.  Leader servitude; putting others' needs before our own and caring for the group before ourselves -- good stuff.
